HOW DOES THE Shiatsu tREATMENT TAKE PLACE?
The treatment lasts about 60 minutes. Initially we will have a brief dialogue to figure out what issues you want the treatment to focus on. Afterwards you will be able to lie down, on a classic massage table. You will receive the treatment clothed, and therefore the more comfortable and softer the clothes, the more comfortable it will be to receive the gentle pressure I will apply with my fingers and palms, working on specific points and energy pathways.
At the end of the session we will have another short dialogue to discuss the treatment we have just received and highlight some aspects of it.

How is the online energy balancing session conducted?
Online energy balancing sessions are designed to be flexible and accessible wherever you are. It happens through platforms such as Google Meet, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Zoom. You can participate from the comfort of your home, either using your PC or phone. The important thing is that you have a quiet and comfortable environment.
The session begins with a talk to understand what you need at that moment. Then, I will work on your energy field in a focused way, taking about 20 minutes of concentration, during which I may temporarily disconnect. We will end together with a time devoted to visualizations or short meditations, which will help you integrate the changes and feel more aligned.

WHAT LANGUAGES FOR TREATMENTS AND ENERGY RELIEF SESSIONS?
Shiatsu treatments can be conducted in Italian (my native language) and English. In addition, I understand and speak Spanish and French, although I do not use them frequently.
